you with a better service, and in particular for internal record keeping. All records are removed from my computer at at the end of our work together, transferred to a pen drive and stored, with any paper records, in a locked filing cabinet My Professional Indemnity insurers state that such records should be held for 10 years.

I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In
order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure there are in
place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to
safeguard and secure the information I collect online.
