Emergency Contacts
Online counselling is not usually recommended if you are in immediate distress. This is because I don’t offer a service that is available to you 24 hours a day. However if you are in distress now you could ring NHS Direct on 0845 4647. They will talk with you about the help that is best for you. You could also take an online general medical assessment on the NHS Direct website.
